How do I get my score on the leaderboard?
Your score is automatically submitted to the global leaderboard when you finish a run, as long as you have an internet connection. If you played offline, your score will sync the next time you connect.
The game is running slowly — what can I do?
Try closing other apps running in the background, restarting your device, and making sure you're running the latest version of iOS. Cash Grab NG is optimized for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
My score didn't save — what happened?
Score submission requires an active internet connection. If your score wasn't recorded, check your connection and try another run. If the problem persists, contact us using the form below.
Is Cash Grab NG available on Android?
Cash Grab NG is currently available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad). We don't have an Android release date to announce at this time.
How do weekly leaderboard resets work?
Weekly leaderboards reset every Sunday at midnight. Your all-time high score is always preserved on the all-time leaderboard, but the weekly board gives everyone a fresh start each week.
